A glass greenhouse should not only look attractive. It must also remain stable for many years and withstand changing weather conditions. That is why Filclair pays close attention to construction details that may only become visible when you take a closer look.
From the aluminium frame and roof reinforcement to rainwater drainage, every element is designed for stability, durability and ease of use. It is a clear expression of Belgian craftsmanship.
Strong construction, down to the smallest detail
Carefully finished cut edges
On our coloured models, the visible cut edges are also finished in the greenhouse colour. This gives the aluminium frame a clean and durable appearance.
Roof reinforcement from 4.50 m
Larger greenhouses receive additional roof reinforcement. This helps the structure remain strong and stable, even with more spacious configurations.
Double riveting
Double rivets are used at important connection points. They create strong joints and contribute to the greenhouse’s stability and service life.
Thoughtful details for years of use
Aluminium gutters
The aluminium gutters collect rainwater and direct it away in a controlled manner. This practical feature is neatly integrated into the greenhouse design.
Tested for wind loads
The relevant Culti-Luxx models have been calculated and tested for wind speeds of up to 95 km/h, provided the greenhouse is correctly assembled, founded and anchored.
Precision-cut corners
The profiles are carefully mitre-cut, allowing the corners to fit together neatly and giving the greenhouse a precise, high-quality finish.
A Filclair greenhouse is not only designed to look good in your garden, but above all to remain there for many years.
